Regarding your Stay
Yes! Vila La Caleta is perfect for families with children. Majority of our guests travel with children ranging from a few months old to teenagers. The Villa is child friendly; a crib, and high chair and children’s toys are available on demand, whilst our kitchen is fully equipped for any meals you may need to prepare, and we have a laundry room in case any accidents happen.
We have a diverse amount of activities at the Villa, ranging from children friendly garden games and a family room with an arcade machine, to pool inflatables and streaming services. Read about our offering here.
Islantilla has a lot to offer! If you’re into sports then just a few minutes from the Villa you can play golf, tennis, padel, football. For those who like the beach, they can find only a 2 minute walk from the property. There is a buzzing restaurant area and family friendly shopping center only a 15 minute walk from the Villa. We provide 1 towel and 1 beach towels per guest. We also provide bed linens, as well as 2 pillows and multiple throws.
Yes, cleaning services can be arranged upon request during your stay. We also have a fully equipped laundry room at your disposal within the property.
Our network set-up consists of a mesh router system which provides Wi-Fi across all the Villa. Network speeds reach up to 1 Gbps through our optic fibre connection.

Yes. For your safety, we have cameras in the outside areas that provide surveillance for each entry and exit points of the Villa.
Yes, free parking of up to 3 cars is available at the Villa.

Policies, House Rules and Payment
We can host up to 10 guests, excluding children up to the the age of 2.
Check in: From 5pm onwards.
Check out: Leave before 11am.
Early Check In and Late Check Out can be arranged upon request if availability allows.
No parties are allowed at the Villa. Quiet hours are from 24h00 until 9h00.
Unfortunately no. We are working to improve our premises to be able to allow pets, but at the moment it’s not possible. Exceptions are made for service animals.
We provide a full refund for cancellations up to 7 days before check-in. If a cancellation is requested up to 2 days before check-in, we provide a 50% refund. No shows are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed in up to 7 working days from when the cancellation request is received.
We provide two options. We can either work with a deposit of €1,500 which is returned after your stay, assuming there is no damage to the property, or with a one time payment of €40 which goes to our insurance company, that covers any damages up to €1,500.
Smoking is allowed outside.
We have a guest experience coordinator which will be available to facilitate your check-in and ensure everything goes smoothly with your arrival.
